Various Design / Advertising Firms
Produced various designs for magazines, brochures, logos, & illustrations from the initial concept to the final
composition. Some tasks presented were to find a creative & unique way to deliver the message or image to the
target audience. Many of the tools & skills utilized to achieve these goals were Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
Corel Draw, MS-Word, PowerPoint, HTML, associated web plug-ins, & freehand illustration. In the use of these
skills I gained insight in pre-press preparation, digital formatting, & different styles & theories used in the
design industry.

Gateway Computers
Daily duties consisted of taking incoming calls from Gateway clients & troubleshooting existing technical issues
for their PC systems. Through the task of troubleshooting a clients system, I gained experience & knowledge for
several PC components, ranging from the various versions of the Windows operating system, to modems, server
components, software drivers, CD-ROM's, monitors, & several RAM & memory characteristics. Other responsibilities
included client documentation with several software applications, & the use of a Lucent call center phone system.

Noble Collectibles
Managed one of three Noble Collectibles retail stores in the Albuquerque area. Some of the managing
responsibilities included creating customer loyalty, sales, ordering product, opening & closing the store location,
& overseeing the deposit of the daily earnings. In my first year as store manager, my team & I were able to double
the stores yearly revenue & create greater foot traffic. By doing so this also increased the customers awareness
of the services & products we supplied.
